Mojito Cocktail Recipe

The worlds no 1 cocktail of choice, minty, refreshing and marvelous. Serves 1 (multiply for more)

Ingredients

2 Handfuls of The Ice Co Ice Crush (available at leading supermarkets)
2 Measures of Bacardi Superior Rum
12 Mint Leaves
1 Whole Lime
2 Teaspoons of Caster Sugar
2 Measures of Soda Water

Preparation

  • Slap the mint leaves to release the flavour, rub them around the rim of the glass.
  • Tear them once and drop them in the glass.
  • Half fill the glass with The Ice Co ice crush and cut the lime into wedges.
  • squeeze the juices of the lime into the glass and put the wedges in.
  • Add the caster sugar and churn with a long spoon to dissolve the sugar
  • Add the Bacardi rum and dash of soda and swizzle the long spoon to distribute the mint.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig.

Serve in highball glass
